Jasper wasn’t always a freakish zombie-faced hillbilly who hunted freakish hillbilly zombie-faced bucks, but once the government took his land he just kinda lost direction. This “Deer Slayer” t-shirt from Shrimp Sauce shows us what Jasper looked like just before he died, but the t-shirt farmer remembers Jasper as young man, full of life (still human) and living for a a tall can in hand and a line in the water. Here’s to you Jasper.
“Mors ultima linea rerum est” is a Latin phrase meaning “Death is everything’s final limit.“ This honest to goodness black t-shirt, available as a limited edition offering by 410 BC, is a great way to show others your acceptance of the inevitable. You know you are going to get there, wear a t-shirt about it. A bit more about 410 BC:
410 BC is an independent, design-driven brand offering high quality, sweatshop free clothing and goods released in limited quantities. Based out of New York, 410 BC is both a clothing company and an artist collective. Collaborating with a variety of artists, 410 BC stands as a collective of like-minded individuals who strive to create unique designs, while producing goods through ethical means. The goal of 410 BC is not only to produce products free of sweatshop labor, but also to design innovative clothing free from passing trends.

matador t-shirts
The t-shirt farmer likes to dig up t-shirts designs featuring matadors and up until now has searched far and wide for dope matador t-shirt designs, especially ones that have absolutely nothing to do with the famed matador records. After an ongoing search and coming up empty, we’ve unearthed a few good designs.
For example, this t-shirt above is a little crazy, although this has got to be one of the coolest matador t-shirts we have ever seen. This t-shirt was created by the artist Garrett Morlan as a custom Cinco De Mayo design for “The Matador’s” employees. Per the artist:
I made the “matador” a minotuar and have him standing on a human skull as a nice spin on things since the bull is usually killed at the end of a bull fight.
This cool t-shirt design doesn’t doesn’t appear to be for sale online, so if you find it let us know because we want one!
Also, check out RVCA’s “El Matador” t-shirt which has an old time, vintage appeal to it that we dig. Learn more about RVCA here.
Lastly, check out this matador t-shirt from Zazzle. Sometimes less is more and it works here with a subdued bullfighter t-shirt design.
T-shirts for a cause
Whispertown2000 t-shirt
Sometimes you gotta change things up and wear some color you guys! Sparingly though, you don’t want everyone to think you are too happy or else you may lose all of those side benefits. Check out this Whispertown2000 t-shirt from the Yellow Bird Project. The t-shirt farmer is partial to this t-shirt for a couple of reasons, one which is more evident upon closer examination:
If a three-eyed fish isn’t cool, then we don’t know what is. Besides, a fish on a t-shirt stirs up all kinds of nice memories like beer cans at 4 AM, Doritos and night crawlers. If you can find it in your heart to wear yellow, rock a mutated fish on your chest (that makes you look like a quasi-scientist), and contribute to charity, then this t-shirt is definitely for you. With every purchase of this t-shirt, indie rockers Whispertown2000 recommend pairing it up with the charity Start in the Streets. This is a non-profit organization co-founded by Sophie Tweed Simmons (daughter of Gene Simmons) to keep the waters of Los Angeles clean and free of waste.
About Yellow Bird Project
Is it just us, or does it seem like there is a crap load of creativity coming out of Montreal? The t-shirt farmer is impressed. It’s a novel idea: start a non-profit organization where indie rockers design their own t-shirts, people buy ‘em and then various charities get to reap some sweet benefits… wash, rinse & repeat. So, what exactly is the Yellow Bird Project?
You can think of us as a tree of creativity, with branches joining together indie musicians, charitable organizations, and t-shirts with a fashionable punch. We’re a non-profit Montreal based organization dedicated to bringing our customers the finest of quality, originality, and philanthropy. We seek out only the coolest of cool artists, collaborate with them to design awesomely awesome tee-shirts, and give all the prettiest of pretty profits to charities of the artists’ choice.

T-shirts and toys by Bryan Collins
This t-shirt design was created by Bryan Collins using the scratchboard technique. His work has been seen multiple times at Juxtapoz.com, Flash Magazine, newspapers around America, and blogs around the world.
Bryan Collins has an etsy shop where he sells more than just t-shirts…
The t-shirt farmer doesn’t veer too far away from the t-shirt world, but thought these toys by the same artist were complimentary to the gacked out black t-shirt mentioned earlier. Learn more about the artist by visiting his website bryandrinkscoffee.com.
The t-shirt farmer doesn’t understand the significance of an elephant on top of a skull. Hopefully the artist behind this “Telephant Man” t-shirt design knows what’s up. If not then he has us all confused, but it makes for a interesting design combination. Oiseau, a Montreal illustrator, is the mastermind behind this two-colored print t-shirt design. We originally came across this t-shirt design over at tilteed, where you can also spot another twisted design by Oiseau called “Evasion” (see below).

What is the difference between a crow and a raven and does anyone really care? All the t-shirt farmer knows is that black birds scare people and it’s better to be feared than to be loved (even if you are just a harmless emo kid)…
Check out this round-up of black crow and black raven themed t-shirts and let us know if you think it’s bad luck to wear an omen on your chest all day long!

The t-shirt farmer just got around to watching Beautiful Losers on NetFlix last weekend and thought this t-shirt from palmercash was more than appropriate. Just about everywhere in America, and the world over, you can find a group of anti-establishment art kids who were just too busy for summer school or A.P. Calculus. If they play their cards just right they might turn their slacker fueled energy into something bigger than the sum of all their parts. Only in America, God bless ‘em!
Rebel8 is a San Francisco based clothing company that has been cranking out tough as nails t-shirt designs and other apparel for nearly a decade. By teaming up with legendary street artist Mike Giant, SF local Joshy D. has created a machine that churns out compelling t-shirt designs with regularity. The t-shirt farmer saw this unique t-shirt design featuring a modernized Marilyn Monroe sported at The California Academy of Sciences and decided the stark contrast of the image makes it worth wearing white.
